Who can join our monthly webinars?Anyone who loves someone struggling with addiction or mental health challenges is welcome. Whether you’re a parent, sibling, partner, adult child, or close friend, our webinars are designed to support you. You do not need to be a client of Promises to attend; these are free and open to the broader community.

How much do the webinars cost?Our family webinars are completely free. This is one of the ways we live out our commitment to family-centered care—because healing isn’t just for the person in treatment; it’s for the whole system.

Do I need to register in advance?Yes, a quick online registration is required. Once you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link and reminders. There’s no obligation to speak, show your video, or participate directly if you prefer to simply listen and learn.

Are the webinars confidential? Will other people see me?Your privacy is important to us. You’re welcome to keep your camera off and name anonymous during the session. We do not record or share these webinars publicly to protect confidentiality for all attendees.

What if I can’t attend live? Is there a recording?Currently, we do not provide replays of our family webinars to maintain a safe, real-time experience for participants. We encourage you to attend live, and know that each month you'll have 2 opportunities to join. The first is the webinar, and then a "Family Support Group" the following week.

How often are the webinars held?Our family webinars are offered monthly on the 2nd Tuesday, usually in the evening to accommodate busy schedules. Each one features a new topic, so you’re welcome to join every month. We also offer a follow-up "Family Support Group" on the 3rd Tuesday to allow time for more questions about treatment or the previous week's topic.
